Too Beautiful to Eat....

Just reading some blogs and came across Housemartin. I saw photos of the Laduree macaroons and it reminded me of Paris 2008!!

The macaroons Andrew and I bought.

We sat on a bench on the Champs Elysees ate these oh so delicious macaroons and just enjoyed watching the fabulous people pass us by.....*sigh* I love Paris...

My First Day Part 3:

Okay so I did forget to mention that before Bjork and even before Paella my plane landed in Barcelonsies and Andrew and his entire familiy drove 3 hours from Zaragoza and spent the night in Barcelonesies prior to my arrival.

After passing through customs and waiting for my luggage which was kind of a scary moment because my luggage was seriously one of the last ones to come out (WITH THIS HEAVY TAG ON IT! It was heavy but not that heavy!) and having to stand next to this American woman who was saying to her daughter "maybe our luggages didn't make it!" made me kind of worry a bit. I walked out of the conveyor belt area to look for Andrew. I was walking and walking and I couldn't find them so I was kind of sad that I didn't get any YAY! HOLA!! HAHA. So I called Andrew's Tia Carmen's cell phone and luckily my cell phone worked so I was able to get a hold of them. Then in just a few minutes I saw Andrew and his family walking through the revolving doors with smiles hugs and kisses. <3<3<3

I slept the entire car ride back to Zaragoza and Andrew took some HORRENDOUS pictures of me that will never be shown to the public.

Its raining in Paris right now!! =(

My First Day Part 2:

After I got to Spain and rested I went to a concert at the Zaragoza Expo and watched this African group perform and Bjork was a special guest!

I was kind of disappointed though because she only performed 2 songs. Wish she sang more. We drank cerveza with limon and snacked on this Jamon flavored Ruffles (pronounced Roof-Less)!

They don't taste as good as these grilled chicken Lays. I'm not sure if I took a picture of that bag of Lays potato chips but those tasted like I was having grilled rotisserie chicken or at least on the first bite it did.

My First Meal

I was sick on the day I arrived in Spain which was really sad because I couldn't enjoy this wonderful paella as much as I wanted to. Aside from that though it still tasted so good and I love it sooo much. Nothing in the US compares to this. SERIOUSLY!!

To celebrate we had champagne dressed in this beautiful tux!! So chic! LOL.

We ended the meal with this: I LOVE NATA!!

It was like there was a symphony in my mouth. Literally because it said Mozart on the cake. I love it I love it!! =)

This is crazy but its our second day in France and I'm washing clothes.....AGAIN! It takes awhile here approximately 1 hour and 40 min / load!

Bonjour!!

Hey dedicated tinelovesyou blog readers!! I am writing from gay Paris!! =)

Andrew and I got here just a few hours ago and we have gotten so much done!

1. We got our keys to our oh so very cute apartment in Le Marais on Rue de Nicolas Flamel and met the infamous RAY LAMPARD of ROTH RAY.
2. Got a tour of our place.
3. Walked to the BEST Falafal restaurant in the WORLD!! We ate here the last time we were here and OMG....it was a don't get me started moment. I love it.
4. We almost had gelato literally like 10 minutes after we scarfed down our falafel but we figured lets walk around and burn some calories.
5. We walked to Hotel de Ville and of course had a mini photo shoot session.
6. Bought my mom her Paris scarves that she's been asking about since I stepped food on European soil.
7. We bought tons of water from this souvenir shop and ended up realising we spent like 20x more for a bottle of water when down the street was 2 super marches!
8. Walked back to the apartment and unpacked.
9. I decided to wash some clothes.
10. Andrew decided to iron.
11. We felt good about organizing, washing, and ironing.
12. Now we are going to celebrate by having a bottle of CHAMPAGNE!!

Sorry I haven't posted pictures. I've been using Andrew's cousin's computer for the past week and now that we are using his computer we'll be able to post pictures of our 2008 Euro trip!

Au Revoir!!
